STORY:

A traveller and seeker of knowledge and golden wisdom set out as a young lad with his father and his tribe to attain new treasures, not of goldworth.. of wisdom and storytales.. in the lands of lore, he travelled for years that he did not see pass, no time passed for him, until he came home..

He looks unto the gate village in which he grew up to see siloheuttes of many, hopefully familiar, faces.. and pauses to remember the last moment he looked upon this view.. the decades that had passed so slow for them, had burned like oil for him.

EXPLAINATION:

Small stupid story, proper meaning to it. Family values, my dad works in norway running an oil rig, and we live in ireland.. so he goes away alot, 2 weeks on and off, but it varies.. and the idea of him parting for longer would not be bearable, and i dont think he would stand for it either, but for being out there so long, he has brought back some amazing views, pictures, words and knowledge which just makes me wonder how good the welcome home must feel when all your family want to do is see your face returned to their land.

No lands of lore could keep me away long enough from ireland. My roots are deep here, surpassing through the earths core and wrapping themselves around its sphere like physique. I'm here to stay, no matter where i go. And i just think to myself, when will it be my time to be welcomed home?.. that time will come, i just sit and wonder when, and what will send me away; my choice? death? job oppurtunity? (no chance - r0ck star folks, music.. is teh life, my life, so to speak) ..

I honestly don't know the answer to these questions so i express my thoughts and questions and fears and joys through something i am slowly improving on, art.. one day ill come back to all this (hopefully) and say, god that was crap. And make better stuff, but time will tell.

made it in terragen, obviously.. took bout 3 minutes on a 1024 x 768 resolution, don't remember the finer details of that part; photoshop edited siloheuttes, designed the main one, and the others were from a font called "ihmenin"

but yeah.. irritating to make such a small thing! but worth it.. i suppose. Been so busy with life lately may not be on for a while, so i want to aplogise to shutteredDreams again; lovely i mean to get back to you, and i will this week. I promise, r0ck out until i do.
